Bill Bellicek was on a local sports show and said that, because of the Thursday regular season start, he'd be playing most of his starters minimally, if at all.
He'll be playing mostly those players "that need more work" and the ones that are "On the Bubble".
At QB, he said he expected to Play Rohan Davey most of the game and then bring in Kingsbury.
Other than that, he didn't mention any names.
Anyone looking at Indy in week 4 might want to remember that they're also starting the season next Thursday vs the Pats, which will probably affect their week 4 game the same way.
